Join a small group to explore writing as a tool for healing and wholeness for those who are grieving. We’ll use a variety of writing exercises and creative prompts to reflect, remember, and uncover our inner resources. Photographs, objects that belonged to our loved ones, poetry, quotes, and more—all these can lead us to surprising and healing discoveries on the page. Come experience the power of writing—alone and with others—to help you move farther along in your grief journey. There will be opportunities to share your words in a supportive environment.

In my Writing in Company workshops we believe that everyone is a writer with a strong and personal voice, and valuable words to share. No writing experience is necessary, and grammar and spelling don’t count.
